Let’s say you’re finally ready to get help crafting the perfect website for your business. You give me a call or send me a message and I go Hey Friend! Let’s figure out what you know, and what you need help with. 

That’s where an inquiry form or call comes in. I send you a form with 20 some odd questions every business owner should know about their business and what to expect when you work with me OR we go over those questions on a call! Local to the area? I meet in person as well! 

Okay, so now that we’ve chatted thoroughly about who you are and what you do, It’s time to move on to phase 2, the fun legal stuff!   

We’ve had a good long chat about your company/brand and what you’re looking for from me so now I send you some paperwork that makes things official! It includes all the details you could possibly need about your project such as deliverables, timelines, and when you can expect a follow up from me. After the contract is signed by both of us, the real work begins!

There’s a few parts that to into this step, so let’s break it down.

• Hosting Call
• Content Delivery
• Approvals

Your deposit is paid, but now we need to get your hosting set up! I use WordPress, an industry leader to host your site. After a quick call to get that paid for, the content work begins. 

Your job is almost done! When I start the design process, I’ll send you another big long form or we’ll have another chat about website content. That’s basically what you want to say about your business and why it matters!

I have specific deadlines built in for check-ins with you so you’re never lost about what comes next. There’s always a little bit of extra time built in in case we need to revisit things.

After your content is good to go, I’ll send you a mockup of your home page for your approval. If things look good, we keep on rolling! 

The absolute best day for all my clients is Delivery Day! When all the designs have been approved and that final invoice is paid, I finish up the development of the site and say We are a GO for launch!
